We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who has a good understanding of digital marketing, overseas education and student recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing digital marketing strategies, generating student enquiries and building a strong network of education consultants and recruitment agents across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other online platforms.
• Generate quality student enquiries for our French–India Education Programme.
• Develop social media content, promotional campaigns, videos and digital advertisements.
• Identify potential student markets and target audiences across India.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation costs and conversion rates. 2. International Education Marketing
• Understand the overseas education industry and student recruitment process.
• Promote our French–India education pathway and explain its benefits to prospective students.
• Develop marketing strategies targeting Plus Two students, graduates and students interested in international MBA and higher education opportunities.
• Understand the importance of French language preparation, international academic pathways and student support services.
• Create effective promotional strategies to attract students interested in studying in France. 3. Education Agent Network Development
• Identify and connect with education consultants,



study-abroad agencies and independent education agents across India.
• Develop a strong B2B partner network for student recruitment.
• Introduce our French–India programme to prospective agents.
• Coordinate agent onboarding, marketing support and promotional activities.
• Develop strategies to generate student admissions through partner agents. 4. Admission & Counselling Coordination
• Work closely with the Endexa counselling team.
• Ensure all digital enquiries are properly assigned and followed up.
• Monitor lead conversion, counselling appointments and admission progress.
• Participate in daily online review meetings with management and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily and monthly marketing performance reports. Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of the overseas education and study-abroad industry.
• Understanding of student recruitment, education counselling and admission processes.
• Experience in B2B marketing and agent development will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication,



negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to plan campaigns, manage budgets and achieve targets independently.
• Experience in education consultancy or international student recruitment will be highly preferred.
