Job Overview: Jerai Fitness Ltd. is seeking an experienced and target-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and manpower planning across India. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring requirements across departments, coordinating with recruitment consultants, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage recruitment activities across multiple locations while achieving hiring targets. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop recruitment strategies and manpower plans aligned with organizational hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads and senior management to identify current and future manpower needs.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruitment targets.
• Handle PAN-India recruitment across Sales, Engineering,



Technical, Marketing, Accounts, Administration, Logistics, Operations, Import–Export, and Management departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus placements.
• Build relationships with recruitment consultants, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor hiring performance.
• Manage bulk hiring, specialized recruitment, and senior-level hiring requirements.
• Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate compensation discussions within approved budgets.
• Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and vacancy closure.
• Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, background verification, and joining confirmations.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and weekly and monthly recruitment updates.
• Improve recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and reduce hiring turnaround time. Qualification &

Skills:
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent sourcing.
• Proven experience managing bulk hiring, niche recruitment, and senior-level hiring.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple departments and PAN-India locations.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS reporting.
• Robust leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach.
