Job Description
We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of strategy, execution, analytics, and optimisation to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and implement effective targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Search Console to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve website traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify industry trends,



audience behaviour, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to create high-performing campaigns and optimise landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns achieve defined marketing objectives within budget. Required

Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, campaign setup, budget management, and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience in B2B marketing, IT services, or SaaS marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, digital marketing strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
