Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accounts Executive to join its Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing vendor invoices and payments, supporting financial closing activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. General Accounting
• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Nway ERP.
• Prepare and post journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.




• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process and verify vendor invoices against supporting documents and applicable approvals.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.
• Track outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. 3. Reconciliation & Financial Control
• Perform regular bank account reconciliations.
• Reconcile vendor ledgers and customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial entries. 4. Financial Reporting & MIS
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and expense analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Provide relevant accounting data and reports to management as required. 5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance




• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and compliance with applicable GST and TDS requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of GST and TDS-related data, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain records required for statutory audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, as required, for compliance-related matters. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or Finance.
• Additional accounting or taxation qualifications will be an advantage. Experience & Skills Required
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in general accounting and finance.
• Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or service industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP-based accounting systems; experience with Nway ERP will be an advantage.
• Valuable understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders.
