The Role I'm looking for a full-time co-founder to build Mauka Makaii with me and take it to its next stage. About Mauka Makaii Mauka Makaii is a design-led jewellery and lifestyle brand inspired by nature, craftsmanship and unconventional aesthetics. We create distinctive, statement pieces that value individuality, thoughtful design and the stories behind materials. I'm particularly looking for someone with:
• A solid design sensibility and a distinct personal aesthetic.
• An interest in jewellery, materials, craftsmanship and product development.
• The ability to translate creative ideas into products and collections.
• An understanding of branding, marketing and business development.




• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• A hands-on approach to building a brand from the ground up.
• Someone who has their own point of view, is curious, experimental and passionate about design.
