Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Marketing Call role based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting Nulo Living’s products, and explaining the perks of bespoke designer bathroom solutions. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, updating customer records, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and supporting campaigns and promotions over phone and digital channels. The person in this role will answer customer queries, schedule appointments or showroom visits,



and provide feedback from clients to help refine marketing strategies. Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle customer calls professionally and confidently.
• Basic sales and marketing understanding, including lead follow-up, customer relationship building, and support for promotional campaigns.
• Comfort using phones, CRM or call-tracking tools, and common office software for recording and managing client information.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a respectful, inclusive approach to all clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Kozhikode; prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
