Job Description
FullHouse is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital advertising, campaign execution and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop creative content ideas, captions and digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise campaigns.
• Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.




• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse key marketing metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and client servicing teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy and audience engagement.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
