Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop, modify, and maintain applications using IBM Pacbase.
• Generate and maintain COBOL programs from Pacbase repositories.
• Design and develop online transactions, batch processes, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform application maintenance, incident resolution, and defect remediation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct unit, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
• Participate in Pacbase modernization and migration initiatives. Required Technical Skills

• API enablement and modernization experience
• Banking, Insurance or Financial Services domain knowledge Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Mainframe development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on IBM Pacbase experience.
