Key Responsibilities
• Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings
• Preparation & verification of BOQ for civil works
• Cost estimation for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring & finishing works
• Contractor bill verification & cost control
• Monitoring budget vs actual cost Requirements
• Relevant experience in real estate / construction projects
• Solid knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & billing
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Good coordination skills with site teams
