We’re Hiring: Manager – US Mortgage Operations -Settlements Ops US hours , Night shift , work from office, location is Coimbatore (TN) We are looking for a seasoned qualified to lead large-scale operations in the US Mortgage/Title Services domain. This is a high-impact leadership role managing multiple accounts and driving delivery excellence. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple client accounts with a span of 100–150 FTEs
• Drive end-to-end delivery, quality, and client satisfaction, including handling escalations
• Bring deep expertise in US Mortgage Operations – Settlement Services, including:
• Post-Closing
• Recording
• Policy Preparation
• Curative
• Conduct daily/weekly governance calls and huddles with Line Leads and Managers
• Analyze MIS reports to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making
• Own and manage P&L;, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met
• Engage with clients through reviews, meetings,



and strategic discussions ? What We’re Looking For
• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in Mortgage/Title Operations
• Proven experience managing large teams and multiple accounts
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills
