Role Description: The Co-Impact Investment Partner will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities within AgroNest’s sustainable agri-tech portfolio, with self-investment capital in AgroNest being a mandatory component of the role. This full time hybrid position is based in India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and impact analyses of projects, shaping co-investment structures, and developing strategies that align capital deployment with AgroNest’s mission in sustainable agriculture. The partner will collaborate with internal teams and external investors, prepare investment proposals and reports,



and support ongoing portfolio monitoring to ensure both financial performance and measurable social and environmental impact. The role also involves participating in strategic discussions on growth, risk management, and long-term value creation across AgroNest’s initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and impact metrics, and support evidence-based investment decisions.
• Experience in investments and investment management, ideally in venture capital, private equity, or impact investing within agri-tech, sustainability, or related sectors.
• Solid foundation in finance and investment strategies, with the ability to design and evaluate co-investment models, capital structures, and risk-return profiles.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainable agriculture, climate-resilient technologies, or ESG/impact-focused initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, investors, and partners in a clear and inclusive manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort with committing personal capital in alignment with AgroNest’s co-impact investment model, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
