Experience:
10+ Years of IT Experience (Minimum 5+ Years in Project/Program Management) Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST Work Model: Remote (Until shift change) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead customer-facing technology projects and programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, project financials, stakeholder relationships, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. A strong background in Data and Analytics platforms is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing distributed onsite/offshore teams, driving delivery excellence, ensuring budget adherence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple technology projects from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and production delivery.
• Act as the primary customer-facing delivery lead and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, Scrum activities, governance reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.




• Manage project financials, resource utilization, delivery costs, and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, SLA commitments, and budget controls. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple technology projects and distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing cloud transformation, API integration, data platforms, and enterprise application projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management,



and risk management.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery independently. Technical Competencies Candidates should have working knowledge and project delivery experience across the following areas:
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• API and Microservices Architecture.
• Data Engineering, Data Management, and Analytics Platforms.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Application Modernization.
• AI/ML, AI-enabled modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation.
• Security, Risk Management, and Compliance Controls. Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Secure Agilist, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs with budgets of $1M+.
• Strong Data Background: Experience managing data engineering, data modernization, data integration, analytics, or enterprise data platform initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-driven modernization and automation programs.
• Experience in Power Generation, Energy, Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Services domains would be an added advantage. Key Success Metrics
