We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
- Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce management.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisals.
- Organize employee training, development, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.




- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with senior management and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll management systems.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and multiple responsibilities.
