Job Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily coordination and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order status updates.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Communicate professionally with customers through calls and emails.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
