Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – P2P Quality to lead quality control operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring process quality, compliance, audit accuracy, SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end quality control operations for Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
- Ensure quality across invoice processing, helpdesk, payments, vendor master management, and Travel & Expense (T&E;).
- Ensure adherence to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, SOPs, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct and monitor daily quality audits and share reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys reports to address process errors and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of team deliverables.
- Monitor and achieve SLA, KPI, turnaround time (TAT), and accuracy targets.
- Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage internal quality reporting and ensure compliance with established standards.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and effective conflict resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
- Experience in quality control, quality audits, and process compliance.
- Knowledge of RCA, 5 Whys, and corrective and preventive action plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and quality management.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, or a postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel.
- Positive understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 7–10 years, preferably in P2P, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations Quality.
- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.

Note: Candidates should have strong P2P/Accounts Payable knowledge and relevant quality management experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
