We're seeking a skilled Architectural & Interior Draftsman to join our team. As an Architectural Draftsman, you'll be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and documents using AutoCAD. You'll work closely with our architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural and interior drawings, plans, and documents using AutoCAD
- Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with architects and designers
- Produce high-quality drawings and documents that meet client and project requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with software, and construction practices
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Architectural & Interior Draftsman
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and any other relevant architectural design software
- Strong understanding of architectural & interior design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
