Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Emergency Medical Care Provide First Aid, CPR, AED support, stabilize patients, coordinate referrals. Occupational Health Conduct health surveillance, medical examination, fitness assessment. Patient Care Nursing Assessment, treatment assistance, medication administration, follow up. Health Promotion Documentation Conduct health talks, vaccination drives, wellness campaigns. Maintain medical records, incident reports, treatment registers. Compliance Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and statutory requirements. Infection Control and Emergency Preparedness Implement infection prevention protocols and biomedical waste management. Maintain emergency medicines, ambulance readiness, first aid boxes, and emergency equipment .
