Role Description The Manpower Supply and Staffing Partner will oversee end-to-end staffing operations for Apaar Logistics, ensuring timely deployment of personnel across warehouses, transport operations, and cold chain facilities. This is an on-site role based in Bhiwandi, focused on coordinating with operations managers to understand workforce needs, forecast manpower requirements, and maintain optimal staffing levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding candidates, managing relationships with external staffing agencies, maintaining accurate employee records,



and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. The role also involves monitoring attendance and productivity, resolving staffing-related issues, supporting training and induction activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in workforce planning and resource utilization. Qualifications
• Experience in manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and staffing operations within logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in vendor and agency management, including negotiating terms and monitoring performance of staffing partners.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation practices relevant to blue-collar and frontline workforce management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR or workforce management systems for tracking attendance, rosters, and manpower costs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced operational environment and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in Bhiwandi or similar logistics hubs is an advantage; familiarity with local talent markets is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field is beneficial.
