Since 2021, we have been deep in the trenches of care delivery, but our vision has always been bigger. In September 2025, we launched Disha, our AI Health Coach. Disha isn’t just a chatbot; she is a specialized care provider for chronic conditions like thyroid, diabetes, sexual wellness, and obesity. We are building the engine that makes high-quality health advice accessible to everyone, everywhere, starting with the phone in your hand. We are actively searching for a proactive and creative individual to join our fast-growing startup as a Content and Growth Associate. In this role, the ideal candidate will own content for the Disha Instagram page and grow our influencer network. You will take ideas from concept to script to shoot to published post, and bring creators on board for reviews and collaborations. You will also support the wider growth team on related initiatives. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Instagram content creation
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for the Disha AI Health Coach Instagram page.
• Write scripts for Reels, carousels, stories and static posts, with strong hooks, clear messaging and calls to action.
• Decide the visual direction for each piece: shot types, camera angles, framing, locations, lighting and editing style.
• Deliver scripts on camera or brief and direct talent, team members and editors during shoots.
• Keep the content varied and engaging by mixing formats such as educational tips, myth-busting, day-in-the-life, user stories, trends and memes.
• Track trending audios, formats and health and wellness conversations, and adapt them quickly for the brand.




• Monitor post performance (reach, saves, shares, watch time, follower growth) and use the insights to improve future content. Influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Identify relevant influencers and creators in health, fitness, nutrition, wellness and lifestyle.
• Reach out to creators, pitch Disha and bring them on board for reviews, collaborations and co-created content.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvals with each creator.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a growing network of creators.
• Keep a tracker of outreach, conversations, live collaborations and their results. Growth team support
• Support other growth team initiatives connected to content, social media and partnerships.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches and community activities.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the growth team as business needs evolve. We're looking for someone who Must have
• 0 to 2 years of experience in content creation, social media or influencer marketing; strong freshers with a portfolio are welcome.
• A creative mindset and a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and current content trends.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfort on camera and confidence delivering scripts.
• A clear sense of filmography: shot composition, pacing, framing and visual storytelling.
• Robust communication and negotiation skills for creator outreach.
• Organised, self-driven and able to handle several projects at once. Good to have
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar) and design tools (Canva).
• An existing network of creators or influencers.
• Interest in health, fitness, nutrition or wellness.
• Experience working at a startup.
