Role Description The SAP PM Online Trainer will deliver structured, interactive training sessions on SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) to learners in a remote, part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting live online classes and doubt-clearing sessions, and demonstrating SAP PM functionalities through hands-on exercises and case studies. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks, provide constructive feedback, and adapt content based on learner needs and industry updates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to refine course content, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SAP PM best practices, and ensuring a professional and inclusive online learning environment. • Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor to manage training schedules, learner follow-ups, and course delivery timelines.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan course modules, track learner progress, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for program improvements.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to review learner assignments, evaluate practical SAP PM tasks, and ensure training quality standards are met.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize online sessions, manage resources and materials, and streamline communication with learners.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration and processes, including preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and reporting.
• Prior experience as an SAP trainer, consultant, or functional analyst in Plant Maintenance or related SAP modules is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners with diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort with online training platforms, digital collaboration tools, and remote teaching methodologies.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, information technology, business, or a related discipline; SAP certifications in PM or related areas are an advantage.
