About the Role
Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Billing Engineer to support construction billing, quantity estimation, measurement verification, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil construction drawings, BOQs, and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and client bills.
• Assist in quantity estimation and calculations based on civil drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and measurement books (MB).
• Verify quantities of completed work at construction sites.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for billing-related information.
• Maintain records of work completed, material consumption, and billing documents.
• Identify discrepancies in measurements, quantities, and submitted bills.




• Prepare billing reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Use MS Excel and other relevant software for billing and quantity calculations. Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of civil construction and building works.
• Understanding of BOQs, RA bills, MB, and quantity estimation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
• Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Eligibility Criteria
• Diploma, B.
Tech, or B.
E. in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in civil billing or quantity estimation.
• Freshers with a strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals may also apply.
• Candidates should be willing to work in office in Gurugram.
