We are looking for a creative, research-oriented Content Writer who can create compelling, high-quality content to strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and support our marketing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging website content, blogs, articles, landing pages, and course descriptions.
• Create compelling social media captions and content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop promotional content for training programs, certifications, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Write scripts for educational videos, promotional reels, and short-form videos.
• Create email marketing content, WhatsApp campaign messages, and lead-nurturing content.
• Collaborate with the SEO specialist to develop content aligned with keyword strategies and search intent.
• Research industry trends, competitors, professional certifications, and target audience requirements.
• Convert complex training and certification topics into clear, persuasive, easy-to-understand content.
• Work closely with the graphic designer, video editor, and marketing head to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Maintain a content calendar and deliver all assigned content within deadlines.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar, originality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Use AI writing tools intelligently while ensuring all final content is original, fact-checked, natural, and aligned with IMC's brand voice. Requirements




• 2–4 years of relevant content-writing experience preferred.
• Excellent written English and strong grammar.
• Experience in digital marketing, education, professional training, or certification industries is an advantage.
• Ability to write persuasive marketing copy as well as informative educational content.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword placement, search intent, and content optimisation.
• Experience writing social media content, video scripts, blogs, and website copy.
• Strong research, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• A portfolio of published work or writing samples is required. Performance Expectations
