• Shift: Flexible to work in any shift Job Summary We are looking for candidates with experience in Financial Spreading, Financial Statement Analysis, and Financial Data Interpretation to join our finance operations team. The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Perform financial spreading by extracting and entering financial data into standardized templates.
• Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Understand financial ratios, profitability, liquidity, and leverage.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate financial data inconsistencies.
• Ensure quality, accuracy,



and timely completion of assigned financial spreading activities.
• Follow established financial reporting guidelines and process standards. Additional Responsibilities – Team Lead
• Manage and guide a team handling financial spreading activities.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Review complex financial spreading cases and ensure accuracy.
• Handle escalations and support process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of work and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in Financial Spreading.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L;, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Knowledge of financial ratios and financial analysis.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from Finance, Accounting, Banking, Credit Analysis, or Financial Operations backgrounds with relevant Financial Spreading experience.
