ProjectA.ai enables organizations to begin with revenue-focused workflows and then scale AI-driven execution across the business. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Fresher focused on cold calling at ProjectA.ai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing ProjectA.ai’s solutions, and generating initial interest and qualified leads. The individual will support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound inquiries, updating lead and pipeline information, and coordinating with the sales team on next steps. Daily tasks include communicating clearly with prospects, answering basic product questions, documenting interactions in CRM tools,



and participating in regular training to improve sales and customer engagement skills. The role offers exposure to AI-powered revenue operations while working closely with experienced sales and marketing professionals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear spoken and written English and a skilled, empathetic phone presence.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with an interest in cold calling, lead generation, and basic pipeline follow-up.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as openness to coaching, willingness to learn new sales techniques, and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales Management skills, including basic organization, follow-through on tasks, and accurate tracking of leads and activities.
• Comfort with remote work tools (video conferencing, CRM, email, chat) and the ability to work independently with accountability.
• Enthusiasm for technology and AI-driven business solutions, with a proactive and resilient attitude toward outbound outreach.
• Relevant education or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
