Our brand ContentMonk is a 360° growth partner for healthcare: we build the personal brands of doctors and the digital presence of hospitals and clinics through content, social media, digital marketing and technology. The role You will be responsible for selling and closing ContentMonk's 360° solution to hospitals, clinics and individual doctors in Hyderabad. You own the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed contract. What you will sell
• Personal-branding content for doctors: reels, videos, podcasts and LinkedIn/Instagram presence
• Social media management and digital marketing for hospitals and clinics
• Technology: websites, WhatsApp auto-replies, lead and patient CRM, workflow automation What you will do
• Build a pipeline of hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centres and individual doctors
• Meet doctors, hospital owners, CEOs and marketing heads; understand their goals and pitch the right package
• Prepare proposals,



negotiate and close retainer contracts
• Own monthly revenue targets and keep the CRM up to date
• Hand over closed clients smoothly to the content and delivery team, and grow existing accounts What you need
• 1–4 years of sales experience at a digital marketing, advertising or content agency, selling retainers to businesses
• A proven track record of closing agency deals, not just generating leads. Experience selling to doctors, hospitals or clinics is a strong plus
• Confident with senior doctors and hospital management; clear English, Telugu and Hindi
• Comfortable with field meetings across Hyderabad (own two-wheeler preferred) What you get
• ₹25,000–40,000 per month fixed, plus attractive incentives on every deal closed
• Full time, in office in Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday
