• Captain – Hub Manager
• Vice Captain – Assistant Hub Manager Job Summary The role involves managing daily hub operations, leading frontline teams, ensuring efficient last-mile delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy and driving operational performance. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets while maintaining high standards of service, quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Hub Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end daily hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. 2. Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, motivate and manage hub employees and delivery executives.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, performance and discipline.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances and retention. 3. Hiring & Manpower Management
• Drive delivery executive hiring and ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Monitor rider attendance, attrition and retention.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil manpower requirements. 4. Inventory & Stock Management




• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy and availability.
• Ensure proper inward, outward, wastage and expiry management.
• Maintain stock control and minimize operational losses. 5. Last-Mile Delivery & SLA Management
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor SLA, delivery productivity, order fulfilment and customer experience.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions. 6. Business Performance & Reporting
• Track daily operational KPIs and achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily reports and provide operational updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive overall hub performance. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail or Logistics.
• Prior experience in hub, warehouse or store operations.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Experience in delivery executive hiring and manpower management.
• Good understanding of inventory management and last-mile delivery.
• Knowledge of SLA, productivity and operational metrics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Preferred Industry Background : Quick Commerce | E-commerce | Retail | Logistics Preferred Companies: Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, Delhivery and similar organisations.
