Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in managing Alur Home’s presence across social media platforms. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru, involving daily tasks such as creating and scheduling posts, assisting with campaigns, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics. The intern will help develop visual and written content that reflects Alur Home’s brand and design aesthetic,



while participating in brainstorming sessions for recent ideas and promotions. Additional responsibilities may include basic community management, coordinating with designers to showcase projects, and preparing simple reports on social media activities. Qualifications
• Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to grow and engage online audiences.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic copywriting and an eye for visual design.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge with interest in brand building and campaign execution.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with online communities.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced design-focused environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks with guidance from senior team members.
