Lumus is Astrotalk’s platform for users in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. As a Counsellor, you will be the voice of Lumus. You will hold supportive, one-on-one conversations that help people feel heard, understand their patterns, and move forward with greater clarity in relationships, personal growth and life decisions.|

Key Responsibilities
• Establish a comfortable and trusting connection with users early in each conversation, encouraging them to share openly.
• Use active listening techniques by reflecting on users’ concerns, acknowledging their emotions without judgment, and asking open-ended questions to encourage self-reflection.
• Help users gain clarity, identify their own insights, and determine practical next steps rather than providing direct advice.




• Tailor communication and conversational approaches to suit users’ emotional needs, cultural backgrounds, and communication styles across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Manage sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, professionalism, and strict confidentiality. About Company: Astrotalk is an online platform for astrology consultation.
