About the Role
• We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused and target-driven professionals to join the International Sales team at Policybazaar.com.
• The selected candidate will engage with prospective customers across international markets and assist them in selecting suitable financial protection and investment solutions.
• The role involves consulting customers on one of the following product categories: Term Insurance, Health Insurance or Investments.
• The company will provide leads to the sales team, and these will primarily be warm leads or hot leads, enabling candidates to focus on customer engagement, consultation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with company-provided international leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Term Insurance, Health Insurance or Investment solutions.
• Engage effectively with warm and hot leads and drive the sales process from initial interaction to closure.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and relevant information in a clear and skilled manner.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner to improve conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Accurately update customer interactions and sales activities in the designated systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful policy/investment processing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree/Undergrad
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
