We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate – Warehouse to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring seamless inventory management, order fulfilment, and dispatch operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with logistics partners, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring adherence to defined warehouse processes and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination, preferably within the retail, fashion, or e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Warehouse Operations: Manage daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, movement, picking, packing, and dispatch of inventory.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the processing, picking, packing, and timely dispatch of customer orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners and transport vendors to ensure timely shipment pickups, deliveries, and movement of goods.
• Stock Monitoring: Track inventory movement, identify stock shortages or excess inventory, and highlight replenishment requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Quality & Documentation: Ensure incoming goods are inspected, properly recorded, labelled, and stored in accordance with defined processes.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily warehouse reports, inventory statements, dispatch trackers, and other operational MIS.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, order discrepancies, shipment delays,



and other warehouse-related operational challenges.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience in inbound/outbound operations, stock reconciliation, and order fulfilment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven workplace. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL environments.
• Understanding of inventory control, cycle counts, stock audits, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
