Experience:
6+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design Technical
Skills:
Schematic design and review; multilayer PCB design; component selection and BOM preparation; analog, digital, mixed-signal and power circuit layout; high-speed interfaces such as DDR, Ethernet and USB; RF-aware PCB layout; signal integrity, power integrity, grounding and noise considerations; EMI/EMC and ESD design practices; DFM/DFT; Gerber, drill, fabrication and assembly outputs; PCB bring-up, debugging and validation; coordination with PCB fabricators/assemblers, experience with 2–10 layer PCB designs. Software / Tools Knowledge: Cadence OrCAD Capture, Allegro PCB Designer; Altium Designer or equivalent; Gerber/ODB++ and manufacturing output generation; PCB design rule checking. Certifications: PCB Design / Cadence Allegro / Altium certification preferred but not mandatory. Embedded Hardware Design certification can be considered an added advantage.
