Role Description This is a full-time/ Part Time, off-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Ahmedabad. The associate will identify and approach potential customers, present product or service offerings, and close sales while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, managing a pipeline of leads, and updating sales records accurately. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand offerings, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. The Commission Sales Associate is expected to meet or exceed sales targets and provide ongoing support to clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. This Role is Strictly on Commission Basis. No Monthly Salary.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-management skills to ensure a positive and professional client experience.
• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including transparent verbal and written communication in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess basic business, math, and administrative skills for handling pricing discussions, commission calculations, and accurate record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess self-motivation, goal orientation, and resilience, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or business development is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated applicants.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with clients.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
