Role Description The Site Engineer (ELV System) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV and related safety systems at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable standards. The Site Engineer coordinates with project managers, contractors, and clients, manages day-to-day site activities, and ensures quality control and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, supervising site teams, conducting inspections, resolving on-site technical issues, and preparing progress reports and documentation.



The role also requires proactive communication, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous collaboration with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing site activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess transparent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and for preparing reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure installations meet design, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge, preferably with exposure to ELV, fire alarm, or related building systems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience in ELV systems (such as fire alarms, CCTV, access control, or BMS) in commercial or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to use basic site measurement and testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance in all site activities.
