About Bhavya Infrastructure Bhavya Infrastructure is a civil contracting firm from Ahmedabad delivering core and shell works (excavation, foundations, RCC frames, water tanks and masonry) for residential developers across Gujarat. We are currently building a clubhouse for Arvind SmartSpaces in Vadodara. The role We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer for our Vadodara site. You will work on site every day with our site in-charge and be responsible for:
• Site supervision of excavation, foundations, RCC and masonry work
• Checking steel (bar size, spacing, laps, cover blocks) against drawings and bar schedules before every pour
• Checking shuttering for line, level, strength and tight joints
• Preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) and keeping site records
• Labour management: daily allocation, attendance and productivity of gangs
• Coordinating with the client's site engineers Requirements
• Diploma or B.
E./B.
Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2 years or more of site experience on RCC building work
• Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules
• Comfortable working full time on site in Vadodara
• Gujarati or Hindi for working with site teams Salary Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience.
