Founded in 1996 by Chetna Gala Sinha, the organisation works across rural Maharashtra through programmes focused on women's entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, agriculture, youth development, sports, and healthcare. Through its integrated approach, Mann Deshi combines access to finance, knowledge, markets, and social support to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and enable women and their communities to build long-term economic security. Role Overview Mann Deshi Foundation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fundraising and Communications Manager with over 5 years of work experience to support the organisation's fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, coordinate grant reporting,
and develop communication materials that effectively communicate the organisation's work and impact. The ideal candidate should be a relationship builder who can work independently while coordinating effectively with programme, finance, and leadership teams.
