The role involves designing, building, testing, and optimizing in-app guidance experiences that simplify complex processes and enhance user engagement.
Experience:
10+ years of overall experience, with solid hands-on experience in WalkMe and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand workflows and user journeys.
• Design and/or develop interactive guidance components such as tooltips, walkthroughs, and contextual help.
• Configure rules for segmentation, triggers, and personalized user experiences.
• Conduct usability and functional testing of guidance solutions; identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor usage analytics and recommend improvements for better adoption.
• Prepare documentation for designs, test results, and deployment guidelines.
• Support phased deployments and post-go-live optimization activities. Required Skills
• Strong understanding of web technologies and browser-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user guidance.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting usage data and driving improvements.
