Assistant Director – Centre for International Relations and Research (CIRR)

About the Role
The Centre for International Relations and Research (CIRR), Parul University, is seeking a proactive professional to drive marketing, student outreach, and promotional activities for international programmes, including student exchange, pathway programmes, summer schools, and study tours. Key Job Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase student participation in international programmes. Coordinate student engagement activities, presentations, orientations, and promotional campaigns. Manage student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and programme registrations. Coordinate with faculty, academic departments, marketing teams, and international partner universities. Support the promotion of international events, partnerships, and student mobility initiatives.



Monitor outreach performance and prepare reports on student engagement and programme participation. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of marketing, digital media, and student outreach. Positive coordination, content development, and lead management skills. Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach. Qualification & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Communication, International Relations, or a related field.
