Job Title: Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

Kumar Ashwani & Associates is an established, ISO 9001:2015 certified Chartered Accountancy firm with offices across North India, providing services in GST, Income Tax, Audit, ROC compliance, and MIS / Virtual CFO. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients in Tally Prime and other accounting software
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliations
• Calculate TDS, file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates
• Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and party-wise reconciliations
• Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Support Income Tax return filing and tax audit work
• Prepare MIS reports and summaries for clients in MS Excel
• Coordinate with clients for data, documents and query resolution
• Assist the audit team during statutory and internal audits Requirements

Com / M.
Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter will be an added advantage)




• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm
• Robust working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance
• Good understanding of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi
