Role Description The Senior Vice President will provide strategic leadership and oversight across key business functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and goals. In this full-time, on-site role based in Canada, the individual will oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, and manage high-impact initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, establishing performance metrics, and monitoring progress against targets. The Senior Vice President will build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, mentor senior managers,



and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role also involves presenting business updates to the board or executive leadership, managing budgets, and identifying new market opportunities. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for strategy, operations, and revenue growth.
• Strong background in business planning, performance management, and decision-making using data and metrics.
