India – Remote / Work from Home Employment Type: Full-time About the Job Sodexo India is looking for a technically skilled CAD Facilities Specialist to support the management, revision, maintenance and development of client master technical drawings using AutoCAD. The role involves managing CAD and Move requests in accordance with BOMA standards, established SOPs and the client's CAFM processes. The selected candidate will collaborate with CAD, OPMM, Projects and Facilities Management teams, along with client stakeholders, to ensure accurate, updated and compliant master drawings. Main Objectives and Expectations 1. CAD Drawing Management
• Create, update, maintain and retrieve engineering discipline drawings, including Architectural and MEP building plans and technical schematics.
• Review and revise master CAD drawings based on project requirements and stakeholder inputs.
• Organise and maintain Architectural, MEP, P&ID; and Civil drawings received through project handovers and legacy documentation.
• Prepare and update facility diagrams, including fire evacuation routes, assembly areas and occupancy capacity maps. 2. CAD and Move Request Management
• Manage and complete CAD and Move requests within defined timelines and service-level KPIs.
• Follow BOMA standards, client conventions and established SOPs.
• Ensure drawing accuracy, consistency and compliance with project turnover requirements.
• Generate and maintain master drawing discipline lists. 3. Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with CAD, OPMM, Projects and Facilities Management teams.




• Coordinate with client partners to understand drawing requirements and implement necessary revisions.
• Work with international CAD teams on specialised CAD assignments.
• Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews. 4. Quality and Compliance
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all master technical drawings.
• Follow applicable drawing standards, GxP SOPs and BOMA standards.
• Reconcile project drawings and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting quality expectations and deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD.
• Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Mandatory: Ability to read, interpret and prepare Architectural drawings.
• Mandatory: Technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) drawings and systems.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, construction documents and technical layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation processes. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with CAFM / IWMS tools.
• Knowledge of OpenBlue or similar facilities management platforms.
• Knowledge of Revit and EDMS will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with BOMA standards and CAD drawing conventions.
