Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. Day-to-day tasks include supervising mining and metals activities, managing budgets and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The Owner will lead and support staff, coordinate with suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, and make decisions on investments, resource allocation, and process improvements.



The role also involves monitoring production targets, evaluating operational risks, and implementing policies that enhance productivity and sustainability. This position requires hands-on involvement in key business functions and frequent interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector.
• Strong business management skills, including budgeting, planning, and decision-making.
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in industrial operations.
• Ability to lead teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage on-site staff.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working in office in Patna with a hands-on approach to operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
