Gurugram Job Summary We are looking for an Asst. Manager – Electrical Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. The role will be responsible for solar PV electrical design (AC and DC), energy yield assessment, technical evaluation, and BESS engineering, designing, and capacity assessment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and review electrical systems for Solar PV Projects.
• Prepare and review SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules and equipment specifications.
• Perform solar PV system sizing and energy yield assessment using PVsyst.
• Review sizing and specifications of inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, switchgear and cables.
• Evaluate technical proposals, drawings and submissions from EPC contractors and vendors.
• Support grid connectivity, power evacuation and electrical system integration.
• Conduct technical evaluation of electrical equipment and vendor quotations.




• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project development and execution.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and internal teams on technical matters.
• Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable IS, IEC, IEEE and CEA standards.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, design reviews and project documentation.
• Design and evaluate BESS solutions, including battery sizing, storage capacity assessment, system integration, and technical evaluation of battery systems and associated equipment. Qualifications & Skills a) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. b) 4–6 years of experience in renewable energy / Solar PV projects. c) Strong experience in Solar PV electrical design and engineering. d) Hands-on experience with PVsyst for energy yield assessment and performance analysis. e) Candidates with proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design tools will be preferred. f) Solid analytical, technical and coordination skills. g) Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
