Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deliver technology solutions using NICE Actimize ActOne applications.
• Develop and customize alert generation, case creation, and workflow solutions.
• Migrate legacy scenarios and processes to strategic architectures.
• Develop and maintain eRCM applications, plugins, and Actimize workflows.
• Work with global technology teams to deliver scalable and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Leverage DevOps practices for automated testing and deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Mandatory

Skills:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in NICE Actimize ActOne / eRCM development.
• Strong expertise in Actimize Java Plugin Development.
• Hands-on experience with eRCM components: Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, Widgets, Platform Lists,



User/Group/Role Entitlements, XSL and Administration.
• Robust understanding of ActOne database schema and Actimize Case Management.
• Experience with Actimize Scheduler and Actimize tools.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Core Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures and query optimization.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
• Good understanding of software design concepts, OOP and functional development. Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Actimize Intelligent Server (AIS) and Actimize models.
• Experience with FinCEN SAR Module.
• Exposure to Angular, TypeScript, HTML and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs and JDBC.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with Tableau and financial market data. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams and delivering large-scale financial crime technology projects.
