HIRING | MRD Incharge
• Maintain and manage accurate, complete, and confidential patient records
• Ensure proper documentation, coding, and timely retrieval of medical records
• Supervise MRD staff and oversee daily department operations
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies
• Handle medico-legal cases and maintain record security
• Coordinate with clinical departments for record accuracy and completeness
• Manage digital record systems and prepare regular reports
• Should have handled Team Qualification
- Diploma in MRD or BHA/MHA Experience-4-5 years in MRD (Experience should as a MRD Incharge
