Role Description The Jr Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves guiding prospective clients and students through admission and immigration-related processes, including initial counseling, eligibility assessment, and documentation support. The Jr Admission Counselor will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, schedule and conduct counseling sessions, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. The role includes explaining suitable visa and education options, coordinating with senior counselors, and following up with leads to convert them into applications.



The Jr Admission Counselor will also support basic sales activities, participate in outreach events, and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and professional client experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a client-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess sales-related skills to manage leads, follow up on prospects, and support conversion of inquiries into admissions or applications.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of education-related processes, such as student admissions, study options abroad, and basic visa pathways for students.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, commerce, or humanities.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or database tools; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience or internship in counseling, immigration services, education consulting, or customer-facing roles is beneficial
