Job Description
Freelancer STEM Trainer Role Overview We are looking for experienced Freelance STEM Trainers to conduct STEM product demonstrations, robotics workshops, teacher/student training, and STEM lab audits at schools.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Blix STEM product demonstrations at schools (1.5–2 hours).
• Conduct STEM lab audits and submit audit reports.
• Deliver 4-day product training programs (6–7 hours daily).
• Conduct one-day refresher training sessions.
• Organise hands-on STEM and robotics workshops for students.
• Collect attendance, feedback forms, and submit training/workshop reports.
• Coordinate professionally with school representatives and the Blix team. Candidate Requirements




• Minimum 1 year of experience in STEM or Robotics Training (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Practical knowledge of STEM concepts and robotics kits.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Willingness to travel to Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Satara, and other assigned locations.
• Adaptable to work on an assignment-based freelance schedule.
• Professional, punctual, and organised. Preferred Qualification: B.
Sc., BCA, Diploma in Engineering, or any relevant qualification.
