Role Description: The role involves leading the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, SharePoint, and Azure-based solutions. The Product Manager will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology capabilities, driving enhancements across CRM, ERP modules, and cloud applications, and ensuring seamless user adoption. Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, Azure services, and the Power Platform is a must.

Key Responsibilities
• Working with customers, partners, customer-facing teams, and engineering leadership to understand needs and define product strategy.
• Creating a prioritized roadmap and defining the functional, technical, and non-functional specifications in detail for engineering teams to implement.
• Working with UI/UX designers where required to complete design specifications.
• Overseeing configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics modules, Business Central, SharePoint, and Azure Cloud Apps with other enterprise systems (e.g.,



Azure Active Directory, Power Platform, third-party APIs).
• Leading end-to-end lifecycle management of implementations, upgrades, and continuous enhancements.
• Implementing policies, system monitors, and controls to ensure successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives.
• Supervising and leading program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between projects/programs and ensuring initiatives meet executive leadership objectives.
• Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and making recommendations on project decisions to Senior Management.
• Serving as a subject matter expert, providing technical and analytical guidance to the program and project teams.
• Managing all aspects of project/program management, including cost-benefit analysis, work plans, functional and technical designs, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Ensuring efficient, high-quality installation of new software and systems, and monitoring all technical aspects of project delivery.
• Driving operational readiness and adoption activities to ensure successful business process transformation.
• Providing regular updates to Program Directors, project sponsors, and stakeholders on budget status, documenting reasons for any variances.




• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities of both business and technical plans; maintaining risk and issue logs with mitigation and contingency plans.
• Functioning effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Key Requirement:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
• Proven experience in technical project management, delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP), Business Central, SharePoint, and Azure solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with modern tools like Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform.
• Project Management certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (Preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance & Operations) (Preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Solutions Architect (Desirable).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (Desirable).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder presentations.
• Leadership skills to build, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Ability to proactively manage risks and navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
