Role Description The Sales Manager at VLCC School of Beauty, Indira Nagar, will be responsible for driving student enrollments and achieving admission targets through effective sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring close collaboration with the counseling and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective students, explaining course offerings and career pathways, conducting follow-ups on inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. The Sales Manager will also maintain and update sales reports, manage local marketing activities, build relationships with partner institutions and ensure a high-quality experience for applicants from first contact through enrollment. Qualifications




• Proven ability in sales and admissions management, including lead generation, follow-up and conversion in an education or training environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present course offerings clearly and build trust with prospective learners and guardians.
• Experience in basic marketing and outreach activities, such as local promotions, events, and partnerships that support enrollment growth.
• Solid organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining CRM or lead trackers, preparing daily/weekly sales reports, and managing targets.
• Background in the beauty, wellness, or education sector is an advantage, along with an understanding of career opportunities in Makeup, Hair, Skin, and Nail Art.
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing role in Lucknow, with the ability to handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales or counseling roles may substitute educational requirements.
