Role Description The Retail Operations Manager at Bakelore will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the bakery and an excellent guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and includes responsibilities such as managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house activities, and maintaining store standards and hygiene. The person in this role will monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability and presentation align with Bakelore’s brand and theme. They will track sales performance, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to meet revenue and efficiency targets.



The Retail Operations Manager will also handle customer escalations, train team members on service standards, and collaborate with management on promotional activities and local marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Robust Retail Operations and Store Management skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day activities in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and manage inventory effectively.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to resolve issues, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, including staff scheduling, performance feedback, and training on operational and service procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and hygiene standards.
• Prior experience in food retail, hospitality, or bakery/café operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous but equivalent experience is also valued.
