Role Description The Production Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for HPIPL’s parking infrastructure solutions. This role involves leading production planning, managing manufacturing schedules, and ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and quality standards. The Production Director will coordinate cross-functional teams, supervise plant and workshop activities, and monitor resource utilization to optimize output and reduce waste. The role includes implementing and refining quality management processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives,



and supporting the integration of automation and precision engineering in production workflows. The Production Director will also contribute to strategic decisions, collaborate with leadership on capacity expansion and technology adoption, and provide regular performance reports and operational insights. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience in Quality Management to implement, monitor, and improve quality standards, safety practices, and compliance with ISO and industry norms.
• Hands-on Manufacturing experience, preferably in industrial systems, mechanical equipment, or infrastructure solutions.
• Strategic Planning capabilities to align production capacity with business goals, support scaling initiatives, and drive process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a production leadership role within manufacturing or engineering-focused organizations.
• Strong people management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP or manufacturing systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of automation, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
